These 50-minute coaching sessions are personalised, practical, and solution-focused, giving you strategies that can be seamlessly applied to daily life. Together, you’ll build awareness, boost productivity, and create positive outcomes in both personal and professional areas.

    These one-on-one sessions support parents in understanding ADHD and reshaping how they view and respond to their child’s behaviours. Eliza provides practical strategies and insights to help you navigate daily challenges, strengthen family connections, and create an environment where your child feels supported and understood. Together, you’ll discover simple changes that make a big difference in your family’s wellbeing.

  • Couples

    50 minutes (Online via Zoom)

    These sessions are designed to help couples better understand how ADHD shows up in their relationship and how to navigate it together. Drawing on both professional training and personal experience, Eliza provides tools and strategies to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen emotional connection. With greater awareness and practical techniques—like harnessing the “power of the pause”—couples can build empathy, understanding, and a stronger partnership.
